Racetrack Operating Authority to hold public meeting Sept. 8
The Maryland Thoroughbred Racetrack Operating Authority, created via legislation this spring, will meet Friday, Sept. 8, at the Maryland Stadium Authority offices in Baltimore.
The meeting will begin at 12 p.m. According to a public notice, the in-person meeting will also be accessible online and by phone. The video link is http://meet.google.com/qmg-dmba-rmx. The call-in number is 1-321-805-3659 (PIN 420 438 282).
The meeting will include opening comments from MTROA Chair Greg Cross as well as a public comment period. There will be closed session to discuss investment options for Pimlico Race Course and alternative training center locations, according to the agenda.
