Open Board Meetings
The Board of Directors of the Maryland Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association meets periodically (as needed) and holds periodic specified open meetings which are open to any current member of the association.
The next open Maryland Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association Board of Directors is TBA.
