Reminder On License MRC Renewal Deadline
Backstretch and racetrack employees along with all other licensees outside of owners, trainers and jockeys are reminded they must renew their Maryland Racing Commission badges by June 30.
The MRC Licensing Office in the Racing Office complex at Laurel Park will be open Thursdays for limited hours from 9 a.m.-noon and regular hours live racing days, which are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
You must complete the licensing form, which is available in the Licensing Office and also on the MRC website for those who wish to complete it in advance to speed up the process. New stickers will only be affixed to a badge in the Licensing Office.
