MTHA Board of Directors Meeting To Be Held Feb. 13 at 11am

Please be advised that the next Maryland Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association Board of Directors meeting will be held Tuesday, February 13, at 11 a.m.
The meeting will be held via ZOOM and will be an open meeting for current members of the association in good standing.

New HISA 150-Day Layoff Rule Takes Effect
The Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) will implement its 150-day layoff report rule beginning Thursday, December 5. As a result, the forms previously used by Maryland horsemen will no longer be valid.
Maryland Jockey Club Names Danny Finke Interim Track Superintendent
The Maryland Jockey Club (MJC) has appointed Danny Finke, a long-time member of its track maintenance team, as the Interim Track Superintendent at Laurel Park following the retirement of Ken Brown.
