Donald H. Barr

Veteran conditioner Donald H. Barr, a Maryland trainer based at Laurel, has been a member of the Maryland Horsemen's Assistance Fund's Board since 1988.  Barr has trained the likes of stakes winners Richie the Coach, Who Wouldn’t, Merengue and G. O’Keefe in his illustrious career.
